Our program's highly trained professionals help athletes excel by using sound scientific principles, proven training techniques and sophisticated equipment. The skills and techniques learned at the High Performance Program can give athletes the competitive advantage they seek in work, sport and life. 

 

2012 High Performance Summer Camps

High Performance FAST Program: Fitness, Agility, Strength Training

June 4 to July 27
11 a.m. to noon, Monday and Wednesday or
5 to 6 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday

Cost: $160

The High Performance FAST Program is a supervised 16-session program geared for athletes ages 8 to 12. FAST focuses on improving strength, speed, quickness and coordination through supervised weight training, core strengthening, and plyometric and speed workouts.

Each session lasts one hour. The first 10 minutes is a warm-up followed by 20 minutes of supervised weight training and 20 minutes of plyometric training. Each session will end with a cool-down and stretching segment. 

High Performance MAPSS Program: Movement, Agility, Plyos, Speed, Strength

June 4 to July 27
9 to 10:30 a.m., Monday and Wednesday or
1 to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday

Registration is limited to 24 athletes per session. Fridays are makeup days for missed classes during the week.

The High Performance MAPSS Program is a supervised 16-session program geared for athletes ages 12 to 15. MAPSS focuses on improving stability, endurance, strength, speed and power through supervised weight training, core strengthening, and plyometric and speed workouts.

Volleyball Jump Training Camp

June 11 to July 5

Cost: $120

The Volleyball Jump Training Camp is a supervised four-week program for athletes ages 12 to 18 who want to improve their vertical jump and become more explosive. The camp focuses on agility, dynamic warm-up, jumping, quickness, speed conditioning and sports-specific training to help improve explosive power. Drills include supervised weight training, core strengthening, and plyometric and speed workouts.

Speed and Plyometric Camp

July 30 to Aug. 3
9:30 to 11 a.m., Monday through Thursday

The Speed and Plyometric Camp is designed to help athletes ages 13 and above improve their explosive power, running speed and skills. The camp is for all sports, including volleyball, basketball, track and field, and cross country. Sessions will include agility drills, dynamic warm-up and cool-down drills, jumping drills, quickness drills, speed conditioning and development, and sports-specific training and drills.

Extreme Xross Training

June 4 to July 27
6 to 7 a.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Cost: $180

Extreme Xross Training is geared for people ages 16 and older. Participants who commit to the full six weeks and work hard at each session will notice results, including increased muscle endurance and strength, 2 to 3 percent lower body fat and a higher level of fitness. Our certified instructor will lead you through dynamic warm-ups. A suggested nutrition plan supplements this exclusive class that will help take you to the upper limits of aerobic and anaerobic training.

Soccer Camp: Speed, Agility and Skills

Aug. 6 to 9

Soccer Camp: Speed, Agility and Skills is designed to help athletes improve their skills, quickness and agility for soccer. Our instructors are highly trained professionals who have played collegiate soccer and have trained high school and college soccer players to improve their skills on the field. Sessions include agility drills, dynamic warm-up and cool-down drills, jumping drills, quickness drills, speed conditioning and development, and soccer-specific training and ballhandling drills.
